Proof of education (if applicable): Unconditional offer letter, student ID card (must include valid course dates), or council tax exemption letter

Proof of employment (if applicable): Work contract and most recent payslip or a letter from your employer
Rental Payment Options

UK Residents – Monthly Payments

Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
A 5-week deposit and a UK homeowner guarantor earning 36x the monthly rent are required.
To proceed, an upfront payment of 1 month’s rent + 5-week deposit is required.
International Residents – Quarterly Payments

Rent is paid every 3 months in advance.
A 5-week deposit and a UK homeowner guarantor earning 36x the monthly rent are required.
To proceed, an upfront payment of 3 months' rent + 5-week deposit is required.
Zero Deposit Scheme

No deposit or guarantor is required!
An additional £40 per month will be added to your rent.
This scheme applies to both monthly (for UK residents) and quarterly (for international residents) payment plans.
To proceed, an upfront payment of 1 month’s rent is required.
International Tenants: If you are unable to proceed with the available options, please contact us. We can raise this with our team and may be able to negotiate alternative payment plans for you.

Guarantor Documents Required:
If a guarantor is required, they must provide the following documents:

Proof of identity: Copy of passport or driving licence
Proof of address: Bank statement or utility bill dated within the last three months
Proof of income:
Three recent wage slips (dated within the last three months)
OR a letter from their employer
OR a work contract (if a work contract is provided, a recent wage slip must also be enclosed)
Proof of home ownership: Mortgage statement or land registry ownership
