Due to personal circumstances I would like to transfer my tenancy asap and I’m looking for a first year LJMU student to take on my 1st floor room at Hardman House. £159 a week, already paid until January. Bed is a SMALL DOUBLE. Can move in as soon as tenancy has been transferred. Induction pans can be included if needed, as well as items such as plates, bowls and kitchen knives - I’m happy to give them all with the room. Room has 2 plug sockets by bed, under-bed storage an electric heater, desk, wardrobe, chair, shelving unit and 4 plugs by the desk. Flatmates are pleasant and quite quiet, and there is a shared living area and kitchen. 2 kitchen cupboards for storage, as well as a fridge shelf and freezer drawer. All have ample space. All rooms are ensuite. Room 4 faces away from the main roads and has a nice view of the John Foster Building, which is less than a 5 minute walk away. Ideal for students on the Mount Pleasant Campus, however other flatmates do also have lectures on Byrom Street.
