The House:
Kitchen: Large, modern, and fully equipped with a washer and dryer.
Lounge: Spacious communal area with contemporary furniture and a TV.
Bathroom: One very large main bathroom, featuring a full-sized bathtub with an overhead shower.
Parking: Plenty of easy on-street parking available.

The Location: Located in the heart of Kensington, you have everything you need within walking distance:
Universities: A short walk to the University of Liverpool and LJMU campuses.
City Centre: Within easy walking distance or a very quick bus ride.
Shopping: Close to the large Tesco Superstore and various local convenience stores right on your doorstep for essentials.
Transport: Excellent bus links to the city and a short walk to Edge Hill Railway Station.

Official Rent: £300/month (paid to landlord).
Actual Cost: Because we split the house rent 5 ways, your actual rent is only £240/month.
Deposit: £300 (Protected in a government scheme).
Monthly Bills (Per Person): We keep things transparent and split everything equally.
