Student studio, couple allowed, £210pw, gym, bills

Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my contract for a studio at Calico Liverpool student accommodation.

The room is a private studio with own bathroom and kitchen, all bills included (water, electricity, heating, internet), and free gym access in the building.

The location is very convenient, close to Liverpool city centre, and about 14 minutes walk to Lime Street station. University of Liverpool and LJMU are also within walking distance.

The original rent is £231 per week, now asking £210 per week, and the price can be discussed slightly for serious tenants.

There is one bed in the studio, suitable for one person or a couple. This studio allows TWO people to stay at no extra cost, which makes it very suitable for couples or friends sharing.

The tenancy takeover fee (around £35) will be paid by me, so the new tenant does not need to pay the transfer cost.

Available from end of May / early June, move-in date can be flexible by a few days, but the contract must run until 28 August 2026, as this is an official contract takeover with the accommodation.

This is student accommodation, so students are preferred.
