Beautiful Victorian House

Basically a studio!!
-This is a beautiful 7 bed, 4 story house with two kitchens and three bathrooms. As there is only one other person living in the house you are able to have a kitchen and bathroom to yourself (as well as a living room) and treat it like a studio.
-You are able to extend the contract if need be.
-It is the biggest bedroom in the house located on the first floor (away from all the other rooms).
-All rooms have locks on the doors, and have individual contracts.

-Large fridge freezer to yourself! (There’s another fridge in the downstairs kitchen as well) and plenty of cupboards for your items in the kitchen.
-Bedroom is quiet as it’s located at the back of the house, away from the main road.
-Bedroom warms up very quickly, you are able to turn the radiator off if need be.
-Large Living room (the ground floor is currently never used, only to wash clothes, so you’d have it to yourself).

-5 min walk to the Student Life Building
-10 min walk to Uni of Liverpool
-6 min walk to Lime St Station
-Available to move in ASAP, I’m moving out for family reasons and I’m unable to carry on living here unfortunately.
-The individual who currently lives here is very easy going guy, enjoys going climbing, is very tidy and always keeps the kitchen clean, and is a vegetarian. His room is located on the top floor (4th), and there’s another bathroom on his floor, so he just uses that and tends to keep to himself.
