My flatmate is moving out in June / July of our flat in the Baltic triangle so I’m looking for a new roommate!
It has 2 gyms included in the rent and a cinema room. There is parking available and a little asda 20 seconds away ! It’s a really lovely flat with good views and 15 mins walk town centre. With bills approx £640-680 per month.
I work full time in the baltic triangle and am looking for someone similar & tidy, always up for a pub trip or a movie night. The contract begins July 14th but it is possible to move in June if needed. It’s a lovely flat and the contract is joint liability.
