Urgent tenancy take over in Liverpool

Student replacement needed for room for 2026/7. Due to my unfortunate circumstances I’m unable to use the room that I have booked from September at Vita Student Crosshall.
The room is fully furnished and includes a kitchen area with hob, microwave and fridge , shower, study area, TV facing the bed. All bills are included, i. e. WiFi, water and electricity and a ton of other benefits you can look at at their website!

Room: TN-315 premium room on the third floor and costs £213 per week for a 44 week contract.
The contract runs from September 2026 to July 2027. The first payment is due in June .

The room is in secure student accommodation which also benefits from free breakfast on weekdays as well as a social kitchen, private dining room, laundry, gym, bicycle hire, cinema room, games area, study rooms, weekly social events, and a fortnightly room cleaning service.
Social events include cooking classes, gym sessions, yoga, crafts, themed food buffets, holiday parties and trips into the city for events like mini golf.
It is close to the city centre and universities and handy for public transport.
