The flat has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The available room is a double bedroom (1 large wardrobe and 5 drawers), and you’ll have your own private bathroom (separate from the bedroom). The living room and kitchen are shared.

The flat is fully furnished, with a comfortable living area (Smart TV + board games), and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, fridge-freezer, etc.). There’s also a balcony (currently some scaffolding outside as the building is being renovated).

All bills (elec, broadband, water, council tax band C) are included.

The location is ideal, right in the city centre, within walking distance of the docks, shops, restaurants, and close to transport links (Merseyrail).

I’m looking for someone clean, respectful and easy-going to share the flat. It’s a calm and friendly environment rather than a party flat.
