Summer en-suite room |£ 140pw

Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my room in Benson Yard over the summer.

It’s a furnished en-suite room in a 7-bed student flat, located in Liverpool City Centre. The rent is £140 per week including bills.

The room is on the 6th floor and has a large floor-to-ceiling window, so it gets plenty of natural light and feels bright and comfortable. The flat is generally quiet, so it’s a good environment for studying and day-to-day living.

The location is very convenient, with easy access to both the university and the city centre. The building also has great shared facilities, including a gym, dance studio, cinema room and study spaces.

I can also leave some useful items for the next tenant, such as a clothes rail, hangers and a weighing scale.

This is an official tenancy takeover through the accommodation, so the new tenant must be a student, meet the accommodation requirements, and have a guarantor to complete the takeover process.

Preferably female due to the current flat setup.
