My current flatmate is moving out, so I am looking for someone to move in to this lovely flat from Januaty 2016.

It is in a great location, with mountains of space for just two people to share. In addition to two large bedrooms, a large living room, bathroom and kitchen, there is a guest room/study and lots and lots of storage space. Viewing the apartment in person is highly recommended as the photos really don’t do it justice.

Council tax is included in the rent and bills are shared.

The flat is great value for money given its prime location in the lovely Hope St area. It’s a short walk to the city centre and there are plenty of lovely bars and restaurants nearby. The flat also has superb views, with the Anglican Cathedral directly outside and the Mersey and city lights in the distance.

The available room is an attic room, meaning that you would have your own floor with plenty of privacy. It is quite spacious with lots of storage, and a velux window which leaves in natural light.

The room itself is unfurnished, however there is a washing machine, TV, broadband and other necessary furniture already in the flat.

As for me, I've been in the flat since 2011 year and it's such a great place that I don’t want to leave! I work at the university, am relatively quiet (though not socially inept), tidy and considerate and generally easy to get on with.
