Double room (bills inc) in bright city centre flat

Too many plants - takes 45mins to water them all, why do I do this to myself.

The apartment has a large living/dining room, lots of kitchen space, it's literally two minutes from James Street / Moorfields stations, and five minutes from Lime Street.

It's a beautiful, unique space, with the original girders and beams arching out across 17ft ceilings - so certainly not your average ugly box of an apartment - and definitely worth taking a look at in the flesh, rather than relying on photos to relay how pretty it is...

I run a film/photography studio and production company. Tend to work a lot, sometimes going on the road for days at a time - even when I am around, am usually in bed by 9pm, up by 6, and out by 8.

Very pet friendly - zero tolerance for nazis, terfs, misogynists, homo/xeno/islamophobes. This house has intersectional love for everyone, and no patience for hate.

Yes, there are too many plants here.
No, you will not be expected to water them.
It it a curse of my own making.
