I am a professional looking for someone to help with bills. The flat is ideally placed in the Georgian Quarter for the universities and Royal Liverpool Hospital, with easy access to city centre. The rent will be all inclusive.

This is a large double bedroom, which can be fully furnished. The room is not en-suite but the bathroom is just next door.

This is a quiet building so no party animals please; professional persons ideally.

I personally enjoy going out and playing/listening to live music; the area is fantastic for these types of things, plus live theatre. There are very convenient shops. This is my flat so I respect the property and building and would want a housemate who is similar.

The flat does have a parking permit available although parking is on road (not usually very busy).
