The property is well furnished and equipped, situated on the 2nd floor of the X-Building, about 5 minutes walk to the Liverpool One area with all it’s shops and restaurants and a short walk to Moorfields station.
Open plan living area provides plenty of space for inner-city living. Including a fully equipped kitchen which has a washing machine, fridge/freezer, fitted electric oven/grill.
The flat is close to local transport links and places to eat/drink, and is to share just with me. Also has a private bathroom for the person who has this room.
Bills are not included and are usually about 100-110 £ per month per person.
Please, be aware that you will need to go through the agency's check credit and pay about 250£ of agency fees (just once), and 510£ for the secure deposit.
