I am 38 years of age and have been renting out my homes in Liverpool L6 and L7 for a number of years, my long term tenant(s) left recently and currently I have my house that am renting out available.
It will be available from next week.

There is a fresh kitchen as well as rear garden with decking throughout.
The property is equipped with high speed fibre optic broadband, washing machine, modern kitchen, fridge / freezer, double oven and all the mod cons.
Double glazing, gas central heating, wooden flooring, carpets, and one bathroom.
Each room is provided fully furnished with good quality furniture throughout.

I have 3 of the rooms available and
I am looking for nice positive people over anything and tenants who will keep the place very clean, tidy and all round look after the home they live in, and the house currently and will always reflects this.
A great place to study / work and come home to relax too.
The house in a great location for travel and cannot be beaten in terms of getting into the city centre and to the hospital's and universities (all) with ease.
The location is excellent with Liverpool city centre being a short walk away; only 1.5 miles as well as walking distance to the Royal Liverpool hospital and the new super hospitals.

The location is a favoured location for students and working professionals.
The Property is on Romer Road.

Lidl and McDonalds are only 1 minutes walk away. Handy for any big shopping or late night meals.
All amenities are only a 1 minute walk away from the house and others (if needed) a short bus ride or cycle; making it very accessible to all.

Room rental rate is £115 per room / week all inclusive of bills (utilities fair usage) Negotiations available for the right person(s) for sure. 😀
Please rest assured we don’t overcrowd our houses as life quality for us comes first. So a maximum of 3 people can reside at the property 🙏.
A monthly professional cleaning company is also included in the rate (covering all communal areas).
