The flat itself is gorgeous, high ceilings; main bathroom has a roll top bath and old style radiators; living / dining room is huge with incredible views of the cathedral, a little spot to sit outside with a coffee in the morning, period features, very white and bright.
Ideal housemates are professionals, relaxed, tidy, like to cook together, candlelit dinners and films on the projector. Age around 24-38 but that doesn't really matter!
Gambier Terrace has got to be the best address in Liverpool! Private road in front of the terrace with beautiful gardens and well maintained building. John Lennon and Stuart Sutcliffe lived here in the 60s!
Room is available from 20th May. As I said, there are 3 months left on the current contract, but it will be open to renew for a full year after that.
