Short Term Double Room with Gym

Large double room available in a spacious detached house, with exclusive use of a private gym. There’s also the option to rent a second room as a home office/living room if you need workspace or want an extra lounge area.

You’ll have use of the downstairs living areas, while I mainly use the upstairs rooms, so there’s a good balance of shared space and privacy.

The house has two sunny garden areas, which get sunshine throughout the day and into the evening in summer — perfect for relaxing outside. The bedroom overlooks the garden and a small wildlife area where we regularly see foxes and lots of birds.

There is private driveway parking with a Ring doorbell for security, plus a hot tub in the back garden that can be used exclusively for short stays.

The large kitchen is shared and fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, and all amenities

I’m open to longer-term stays, couples, or Monday–Friday workers in the area. Happy to chat about your situation and potentially negotiate rent depending on your needs.

The house is close to the beaches at Meols and Moreton, only 5 minutes by train to Hoylake and West Kirby, with supermarkets, restaurants, and motorway access nearby.

The gardens and small allotment area are lovely in the summer and a great place to sit and unwind. I enjoy cooking and am always happy to share a meal occasionally.
