ABOUT US:

Hello! So with 4/5 rooms filled, we are on the lookout for one more young professionals to fill this houseshare.

ABOUT THE HOUSE:

At the heart of the house is the open-plan Kitchen which features 2 full-size ovens and a 5 burner hob so if you're into cooking this will most definitely appeal.

The Lounge features a 55" TV with a large corner sofa and surround sound.

There are two bathrooms. The upstairs one has a full-size stone bath.

The bedrooms all come furnished with standard size double beds with under-bed storage, open wardrobes and desks. We also installed tv coax points in every room if you want to bring your own TV.

There is a large paved yard that has festoon lighting.

We are looking for people who will look after the house as if it was theirs. There is a weekly cleaner included in the rent who will focus on the bathrooms, kitchen and communal areas. Even with this though, we like to keep a clean pad. No dishes piling up and everyone pitching in with the bins etc.
