Available to rent in owners’ own home. Located in Willaston, a quiet country village in a quiet cul-de-sac. Our location is very convenient for Leahurst School of Veterinary Science. We have had several Leahurst students and staff staying with us.

It is ideally located for veterinary students/professionals studying/working in either Leahurst or Liverpool. Leahurst is approximately 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive/cycle. Liverpool University is approximately 20 mins drive, it is also convenient for Hooton Station and Merseyrail trains.

Shared kitchen with all mod cons, including laundry facilities. A perfect home from home.
Unlimited use of a family cycle if required.

Wifi throughout.

Use of family sauna.

Household bills are included. It is a double bedroom, furnished with chest of drawers, bedside tables, TV and chair.

We have two lounges, (one with gas fire and one with log burner) and use only one at a time so you would normally have a lounge to yourself, with TV.

Bathroom and separate wet room, use of either at any time.

Garden, conservatory and patio.

No disabled access.

Broadband included.

Single occupancy only accepted.

We have 2 friendly cats and a very friendly border collie.

A quiet household. Just two members. Wife retired lecturer and husband still working lecturer.
