We all tend to do our own thing and value each others privacy, but generally up for a good chat too! Situated near to the beautiful Vale Park and local shops, cinema and restaurants. Walking distance to sea and river fronts, plus very convenient for bus, train, ferry and M53.
I am planning on putting the house on the market so it is likely only a short term situation, possibly on a rolling monthly contract.
