Housemate wanted in Detached House!

Front of house with spacious driveway (Garage is used as storage at the moment).

Looking for someone to take over from my current housemate from late May 2026.

Most folk would rather have a set figure including all bills. So these are as follows:

Single person: £800 pcm.
Couple: £1100 pcm.

Detached house in a smart cul-de-sac in Newton Le Willows. Large driveway for my car and yours if you have one. Friendly neighbours that take in parcels if you aren’t in and neither am I.

I work at Manchester Victoria Station, I commute there for work. Not bothered whether you work from home or go to a workplace. The third smaller room is an office with room for a second desk, I have one in there already.

All photos are as the house currently stands. The room on offer comes exactly as pictured with no furniture in. You can either bring your own, or I can get a bed and storage units in for you.
