TWO bright and quiet top floor double rooms with large Jack &Jill (shared) en-suite available beginning of February.

The rooms occupy the entire top floor of the house. Both are fully furnished double rooms with desk space though this can be configured to resident's requirements. They benefit from a huge en-suite shower room running across the width of the house between the two rooms.
May consider letting both rooms to one person to allow for private bedroom plus living/workspace option - with shared kitchen on ground floor and all bills included.
WILL CONSIDER DISCOUNT FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY OF BOTH ROOMS.

For sharers, each room secures the other door for full privacy and each has its own basin and vanity unit for toiletries, and this has been a comfortable and popular arrangement for everyone.

This house was formerly my family home, not "bedsits" but just secure, private rooms in what has been a happy and friendly house share for the past few years for young professionals who don’t want to take on a property alone.

On the ground floor there's a communal lounge with tv & double doors onto sunny decked area, and a custom made eat-in kitchen with quartz worktops, large fridge & integrated appliances including dishwasher and microwave. On the lower floor there's a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.

Super-fast fibre broadband and all bills including energy and council tax are included.

Great location a few moments walk from shops (5 mins walk to Lidl!), Oxton Village and the Williamson art gallery, and with very easy access to Birkenhead centre, stations, Liverpool, Arrowe Park Hospital and the M53 for the rest of the Wirral and Chester. There's free on-street parking readily available , though no garage or driveway to the house itself.
