The room is partially furnished with a single bed and bedside table. However you can bring your own furniture as you prefer. A monthly utility fee of £80 is not included in the room rental.
The room has access to a shared kitchen next door and there is a shared bathroom with bath, shower and toilet across the hallway.
The centre has FREE WiFi and a laundry room with washing machines, sinks and a tumble dryer.
There is a 10 minute walk for buses to Liverpool and about a 20 minute walk to MerseyRail train services. Free off road paring is available.
The room is ideal for mature students or professionals wanting to live in a peaceful, harmonious community setting.
Kailash Centre is a meat and alcohol free environment. You don't have to be a Buddhist to live at the centre but we do ask that you are respectful of the other residents.
