The property has easy, 10 minute access to the M53 in case of commuting. Arrowe Park Hospital is a 10 minute journey away, also Spire Murrayfield and there are local Primary and Secondary Schools within easy reach. Leahurst Veterinary College is a 20 minute drive away, as is Stanlow Oil Refinery and Unilever in Port Sunlight , so I am well- placed to suit a variety of occupations.
I am looking for a professional person, who must be clean, tidy and respectful of everyone who lives here as it is essential for everyone to feel comfortable, happy and safe. I am a live-in landlady working full time, with one professional lodger currently.
The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away for easy transport to Arrowe Park Hospital and also Liverpool City Centre. Alternatively, buses can be picked up in Heswall Bus Station for travel into Chester. It is only a short drive into Heswall village with all its amenities, but there is a Tesco Local and Sainsbury's Local within walking distance. There is also a Post Office and a variety of takeaways.
