Hey there, I’m thinking about renting out my spare rooms. I’m 42 English gay male, I have two small friendly dogs, love my house, Im very proud of how it looks and have worked hard to get it where it is now, although there’s lots more I want to do, I would appreciate a housemate that understands and respects this and is also a clean tidy person. I’m vegan and would love a vegan housemate but it’s not a deciding factor would just make life a bit easier. I work 3-4 nights a week as a carer for the NHS. Ideally looking for a dog/animal friendly professional over 30, not bothered about gender or sexuality, just be a decent human and we should get on!! Room is a smallish double (there is another small room that I only use for storage that you would be able to use also) at the back of the house overlooking the garden and field beyond so it’s very quiet. Shared Bathroom kitchen and living room all downstairs, washer/dryer, decent sized garden that’s not really overlooked, not in any rush find a someone would rather wait for a good fit. Pets considered, no smoking
