Studio room overlooks large beautiful secluded garden. All bills included and large shared kitchen. Room has kettle and toaster in it. Friendly house but if you want to keep yourself to yourself and your child that will be respected and is fine too.
Parking space and opposite park. Few mins walk to bus stops to centre and short walk to Roby station which is 4 stops to Lime st. Quiet safe friendly area.
Cats in house so someone must be a cat lover or not be scared or allergic to cats. Cats have their own separate garden house.
Quiet friendly house would suit female student or professional female or single parent female with small child. Chair bed in there or cot can be put in there. Telephone is best form of contact and viewing welcome 7 days a week. Viewings available from Monday 13th January 2026 and vacant from 13/01/2026. Short term lets possible even for a month though am hoping for a long term let of 12 months or more. Another room also for a female only, or single parent will be availalbe in Feb or March, exact date unknown yet, and will be cheaper, at £500 pcm. short or long term lets also available with that one.
