Double room close to town.

Good size double room in Victorian mansion conversion that's 5 minutes walk from town. You'll have the main bathroom with shower/bath as your own as I have an ensuit. There's a good size living room and the kitchen might seem small at first but it enough for what you need. I've lived here for 2 years so the kitchen and living room are fully furnished/equipped, all you will have to do is furnish your room. All bills are included gas/electric/water/council tax/Internet. There is also a parking space in the drive.
I think that's pretty much everything about the flat so about me... I think I'm pretty easy going and considerate as a flatmate and it's key that whoever moves in is the same. I work shifts so a lot of the time you'll have the flat to yourself in the evenings. I'm a typical 29 year old, not going out as much but still like to have fun. So if you go out drinking all weekend every weekend then I don't think it would be a good match. Basically I just want a grown up , considerate flatmate and hopefully we can become friends.
