VIEWING PROCESS

This is to help us make sure we are locating the best properties for you in case this property has already been reserved. You’ll then be contacted by our sales agent to organise a viewing. We offer viewings on weekdays between 1-6pm and Saturdays 3-5pm, as most of our properties are lived in we are unable to do same day viewings and need at least 24 hours notice to arrange one for you.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can be usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
