2nd floor - 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. I have an ensuite so you could have the main bathroom to yourself.

Garage and driveway. Plenty of space for parking.

Reasonable sized back garden with decking area, table and chairs and shed.

The house is fully furnished. The room available has a large set of drawers, two bedside tables and a bed. You are welcome to bring new furniture, move things around etc.

The house is in the new bold estate in St. Helens and there is a corner shop, hairdressers and cafe on the doorstep. It's just a 10 minute drive to gemeni retail park where you can find ikea, m&s, next, boots and more.

Easy access to m62 and m6 for getting to Liverpool, Manchester etc. St. Helens centre is just a short drive away as is the centre of warrington.

10 minutes on foot to St. Helens junction train station, which is handy for getting to any of the above areas.

About me...
I'm a 31 year old female working in health research in the NHS. I work 9-5 mon-fri. I like to chill out in the evening watching telly, reading, hitting the gym or working on one of my many hobbies. I'm quite creative and love having a go at making things such as my own jewellery. I'm interested in photography and interior design and I've just recently completed a scuba diving course - it was pretty cold in the UK!

Looking for someone who would like to socialise occasionally at least. Maybe enjoy a glass of vino in front of the box now and then.
