The house is only two minutes drive from the M62 and there's a train station for Liverpool or Manchester a short walk or drive away. Plus it’s on a main bus route into town or Widnes.
Supermarket close by and hairdressers, takeaway, post office and local pub close by too.

I have a small dog so animal lovers a must.
He’s well behaved but be aware he is allowed on the sofa and enjoys a cuddle!

I'm sociable but respect privacy and enjoy quiet time too now and then. Must be clean and tidy like me. I don’t expect to do all the cleaning for both of us.

I work Monday-Friday days. 3days at home, I have a desk set up downstairs for these days.
No wild partying for me anymore, I’m happier with a takeaway and a film or just going to the cinema or out for tea with friends. But I do have the occasional night out then spend 3 days recovering!!
