THE HOUSE
The house has 6 en suite rooms, a communal living area and Kitchen. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
This property is in the Waterloo area and is just a 20 minute bus journey into Liverpool city centre. The nearest train station is just a 5 minute walk away where there are direct links to Liverpool Central. Crosby Beach just a 5 minute walk away for lovely views and strolls. There is also a
Tesco Superstore and LIDL which are just a 15 minute walk form the property and plenty of local takeaways, convenience stores and pubs close by.

HOUSE MATES
Now rooms focuses on professional tenants or mature students and we try to keep the age range within the house all similar. We welcome all backgrounds so please do not hesitate to get more information on the houses. Due to GDPR we are limited in letting prospective tenants know the details of who exactly lives here but we do our best to match our tenants to the right property through our application process.

In this house we have 3 males and 1 female between the ages of 21 and 35.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
