The kitchen has recently been fitted, it has a fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave and range oven which are all available to use. There is a utility room, which has a washing machine, heated drying rack as well as freezer. The property is fully double glazed and has gas central heating.

The double room is large with pine double bed, bedside tables, lamp, carpeted floor, curtains and wardrobe.

The location offers great transport links. There are train stations within a five/seven minute walk, and bus stops on the local roads. The M53 motorway is also a short drive away.

There is a small selection of shops, restaurants and pubs nearby. As well as Bromborough Village and The Croft Retail Park is a short drive / walk.
