I have a double room to rent in a three bedroom semi-detached house , in a quiet area of Bromborough. All amenities, off road parking and internet included...as well as a home office room, perfect for Working From Home.

I have lived in this property for 4 years and have had most of the rooms decorated/updated. The downstairs area has large kitchen diner, a separate living room with freeview TV (plus Netflix). There is a dining table and in the dining area, there are patio doors leading out to a good sized garden, with paving.

The kitchen has recently been fitted, it has a fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave and range oven which are all available to use, as are the utensils, cutlery and crockery. There is a utility room, which has a washing machine, heated drying rack as well as freezer. The property is fully double glazed and has gas central heating.

The double room is large with pine double bed, bedside tables, lamp, carpeted floor, curtains and a small bookshelf/cupboard.

The location offers great transport links. There are train stations within a five/seven minute walk, and bus stops on the local roads. The M53 motorway is also a short drive away.

There is a small selection of shops, restaurants and pubs nearby. As well as Bromborough Village and The Croft Retail Park is a short drive / walk.
