Room for Rent – Female Only (£500/month, CH63 5)

A furnished room is available in a shared flat located in the CH63 5 area. The room can be rented only by a single female tenant. We do not accept couples or partners staying regularly. We are looking for someone with a stable job and a regular lifestyle.

• Monthly rent: £500 (all bills included)
• Internet is not included
• Total of 4 people living in the flat included you
• Shared kitchen and bathroom/toilet
• No shared living room – everyone spends time in their own room
• Not pet-friendly
• Overnight guests: £25 per night
• Shared areas are cleaned weekly or every two weeks on a rotating schedule

• 30-minute walk to Bebington Train Station

📃 Contract & Payments:
