It's a lovely quiet village with amenities including Sainsbury's supermarket, 2 x petrol stations, coffee shops, micro-brewery restaurants and takeaways within walking distance.

For health professionals, Arrowe Park Hospital is 10 mins by car. Contractors and other professionals will find the major industrial estates on the Wirral Peninsula easily accessible via M53 which is 3 mins away.

As a busy professional, I'm looking for a housemate that is self-sufficient and easy-going in a Mon-Fri let arrangements which will allow me to continue to make improvements to the house at the weekends. My grand plans include a new deck, outdoor kitchen, covered outdoor eating area and additional bathroom for you to enjoy over time.

Bills and broadband are included. Kitchen amenities include washer / dryer, dishwasher, soup maker, air fryer, induction hob and oven.
