Double room with en-suite; Thingwall, Wirral

I have a furnished double room available with own private en-suite shower room in a detached house in a cul-de-sac in Thingwall, Wirral. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside drawers and a desk with chair. Clean towels and bed linen would be provided each week. Property is in a quiet residential area, 5 mins drive from Arrowe Park Hospital and 10 mins from M53 motorway. Good bus links locally to Arrowe Park Hospital, Heswall and into Birkenhead or Liverpool.

My preference is for a mature person (minimum age 35) in regular employment who has a permanent home elsewhere and only wishes to stay 4 or 5 nights a week. These nights do not have to be mon to fri but preferably should be the same each week. The ideal candidate is someone working on The Wirral who lives too far away to make daily commuting a reasonable option. The rent is £350 per month inclusive of all bills except telephone. Employer's reference required.

The owner occupied property is modern with spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen (washing machine, dish washer etc). Two patios overlooking the well stocked gardens.
