Large en-suite room for rent

I’m currently working at Alder hey and looking to rent out a large en-suite room in my house to a suitable lodger.
My partner visits every weekend.

Shared outside parking area within close.
Utility bills and broadband included.

There is a small snug downstairs which can be used as a private lounge.
Shared garden and kitchen with space in fridge, freezer and cupboard.
Remaining downstairs areas limited access due to working from home.

Room is large double room with en-suite shower room.
A kettle and TV with a fire stick available.
Single occupancy, female professionals or students only, no couples please.
Would like someone who maintains the cleanliness.

Mon-Friday and student lets preferred.
Short term lets will be charged weekly £160 per week or £30 per day depending on mutual agreement.

2 References must.

The house is in a good location, 15 min walk from Woolton village and a bus stop just a couple minutes down the road.
Regular buses to Alder Hey, Liverpool university, John Lennon airport and city centre every 15-30 min.
