Lovely house in Woolton Village - room to let.

I live in a large, modern, spacious house in a very safe area which is 1 minutes walk from Woolton Village in South Liverpool. I am a warm and sociable person and I am looking for a professional person to share the house with me and my dog. You will have share of all parts of the house. The house has a large garden and off street parking and there are two lounge/living rooms if you prefer to have a living room to yourself. No deposit needed - just rent one month in advance. I would prefer someone who is likely to be looking for sharing reasonably long-term. I have a dog, who is very sweet, so whoever moves in must be happy living with a pet.
