Double room to let in shared house in Woolton

Letting out a bedroom in my house to a single tenant in the well sought after area of Woolton village. My home is well maintained and the bedroom is a bright and clean double, with a single wardrobe, bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and bookcase. You can rearrange as you wish

It's a 5 minutes walk to Woolton village where there are many shops, restaurants and bars. Close to some nice parks and excellent bus links to the centre (bus stops outside). Liverpool South ParkWay Railway Station is only a 7 minutes drive and John Lennon Airport a 12 minute drive away.

The house is a new build and I have decorated it in a homely fashion. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen diner, a living room and well maintained garden with garden furniture.

You'd be living with me, an outgoing retired older lady who is young at heart. I would be around most days and in the evenings, I go out shopping and for dinner/drinks now and then. You can feel free to make yourself at home and share the spaces with me or keep to yourself if you'd prefer.

Food and toiletries are not provided and the tenant will be expected to keep their own room tidy and clean. Clean bedding can be provided each week or you may use your own if preferred.

All bills and WiFi included.
Preferably looking for an English speaking tenant who is reliable and doesn't smoke.
