Large Double Room in a well kept, quiet house

LOOKING FOR SHORT-TERM LODGER AS I PLAN TO MOVE BY THE END OF THE YEAR

Great location in Abercynon, only a 5-8 minute walk from the train station and local shops etc. Very peaceful house, with shared bathroom, kitchen, and lounge. To note: there is no longer a bed in the living room. That was only there as my dog was poorly and I slept with him downstairs, but he sadly passed away in December.

I am the owner of the property and the sole occupier, and I am looking for one lodger; clean, quiet, mature professional preferred. My ideal person would be sociable and friendly (like me), but give each other plenty of space.

All Bills included. I work 4 days a week in the office, one day WFH. I live a very active lifestyle. I often have evening plans and am usually out at least one day on the weekend visiting family, hiking and cold water swimming. I also pet sit/house sit for other people at their own home, so you will have plenty of days/nights to yourself which is reflected in the price.

Free on street parking.

This accommodation is not suitable for couples.
