The 2 bed maisonette was recently updated, new carpets, new flooring to the bathroom and WC, freshly painted throughout, new doors

Suitable for single professionals/couples welcomed for extra £35/month.

Downstairs: Kitchen and living room (shared)
Upstairs: new separate WC, bathroom (with new electric shower) and 2 double bedrooms.

Its not furnished as yet (as only recently completed)
- white goods will be provided, bedrooms furnishing is optional.. use your own or can be provided, just let me know, price remains the same)

- all bills apart form gas are included
- gas is on card (to be paid by tenants, card is available at the property)
- plenty of car park spaces
- plenty of storage within the property
- not a lot of people to share with
- live out landlord
