I have 1 unfurnished good sized, recently decorated double room (with double bed) available for a single, professional person. Shared use of kitchen, washing machine, bathroom and garden with myself and one other tenant, also male. Extra charge for tumble dryer.

There is street parking. The house is a short walk to Princess of Wales hospital, train station, bus routes and Bridgend town centre and a short drive to the M4.*

Applicants must be clean, considerate and tidy and willing to clear up after themselves. This applies to common areas particularly the kitchen and bathroom which must be left in a presentable state for the other 2 residents.

Please note this accommodation is not suitable for people who are currently not working or students. It also not suitable for home working during night hours e. g. call centre work.

*Whilst the property has good transport links, it is 24 miles from Cardiff which is approximately a 45 minute drive minimum at busy times so please be aware of this as commuting can be challenging and expensive.
