Women only-Room to rent near Bridgend town centre

So I have short stay nights, weeks and short or long stays

Women only home I’m afraid

I have a medium size bedroom in a 4 bed shared house that has recently been refurbished to a very high standard inside and out.

It consists of an Open plan kitchen diner, living room, utility room, toilet and then upstairs a new shared bathroom, 3 bedrooms, and wardrobe room

New large double garage which has been turned into a gym, a very large summerhouse, which has sofas, a football table, tv, touch wifi heating and a full bar :) and chill room in the garden, patio, fire pit and pizza oven area and with large patio are all new

another tenant moves out in 2 weeks who’s been here since start of September last year, so I have the bedroom spare to rent in 2-3 weeks time possibly sooner dependant when her rental house goes through.

The room compromises of cupboards, chest of drawers, wardrobe, shelves, bedside unit and fully furnished with a tv bed and tv already available

Can be short stay bookings at a nightly charge or nightly/weekly stays or short and long term stays. We can discuss what's needed between ourselves.

Working people preferred please

We are a very easy going and chilled household. We just muck in together. Clean our rooms, tidy up after ourselves, all help with the dogs, tidy and recycle. I do have a cleaner every week also who cleans from top to bottom and will hoover and polish your room

I have 2 dogs who are amazing!.

We don't smoke but there's areas in the back garden that someone is free to smoke in

All bills are included which involves sky, freeview and netflix in each bedroom as well which is included and some homemade meals 3-4 a week are included, as I cook everyday as I work from home most of the time, so they are included aswell 😊

Room will be available 2-3 weeks time possibly sooner
