Double bedroom - near train station and M4

1 double bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house on Waunscil Avenue, Bridgend. 5 minute walk to train station and town centre. Close links to M4 and 5 minute drive to Princess of Wales Hospital.

Room has a double bed, small TV, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

There is always ample parking on the street outside. Tenant must be comfortable with animals as I have a 2 year old collie called Maggie who will make a great friend but can also be a lot.

All bills included. Virgin media broadband. There is a cleaner who comes twice a month to do the deep clean and this is also included.

Living room is not off limits but there is nothing in there as eventually it’s going to be renovated later this year. I’m the meantime you are welcome to use it for a small amount of storage if needs be.

I work from home Monday to Friday but will be in the spare office room. I’m fairly chilled out. I gym, enjoy reading and get away in my camper van as much as possible. If there is anything you would like to know that I have missed off then please ask.
