Good evening, I've got a vacancy for a room in my 3 bedroom house in Llynfi Street available.

My current house mate is moving out on the 2nd of May and I'll be looking for a new house mate.

Rent and bills come at an affordable price of £700 a month. This may rise slightly in the next coming months. The room itself is very spacious and I can attach some photos in due course. You will have your own bathroom which includes all of the following, toilet bath and shower. I brought my own washing machine to the property in October and a smart fridge freezer which I wasn't fussed with my housemate using. He had a shelf in the fridge and freezer for him and could use the washing machine whenever he needed. Cupboard spaces aplenty, I'm all about sharing. Same with the hoovering and cleaning. I mop the house once a week and hoover a few times a week.

A bit of background on me I'm a very sociable man. I love time in the outdoors, I've had plenty of fun perusing the Welsh National trust sites since I arrived in October. I love football, I go to the gym locally in Bridgend one of my favourite things has always been meeting new people and socialising. I love having morning coffee on the breakfast island in the kitchen or at Beat bakehouse on station road. I work locally in Bridgend on a graduate scheme with LIDL currently training to become a store manager and as such tend to be pretty busy and out of the house most of the day. I am due to relocate back to East Sussex August 2027, so it's a 17 month tenancy essentially. 🙂

The road itself is very quiet, the neighbours either side of me are lovely, a family who are good as gold and a lovely lady who lives the other side to me. A 5 minute walk to Bridgend town center and train station and 5 minutes drive from the hospital and supermarkets.

I can afford the house myself but I like company and naturally it makes it more cost effective for both parties to have a house mate as it both benefits myself and you.

I would love to hear back from anyone. You could be a uni student, someone in your 20's, or to be honest anyone really as long as you are friendly, I get on with anyone!
