1 Double Bedroom offered to rent in lovely house!

We currently have a housemate that will be moving out at the end of January and are looking to replace her.
The 2 of us remaining work Monday - Friday, 9-5 and enjoy going to the gym in the evenings. We like to cook meals together, chilling out at the end of the day and on weekends in communal space. (With the occasional night out thrown in)!
The house is a decent size, it has a large kitchen, separate dining room and a lounge, 4th bedroom is used as overflow for clothes which you would be welcome to use also.
The large double bedroom offered can come furnished at an extra cost of £100 (double bed, chest of drawers and dressing table) or unfurnished at no extra cost. The cost of £350 per month is inclusive of all bills.
We would like to live with someone who is of similar mind to us, enjoys cooking and eating together, would be keen to come to the gym with us, likes the odd movie night, night out etc. Obviously your own space is available but we do enjoy doing things together.
The house is located with easy access to the M4 and close to all local amenities. Walking distance to train station and town.
