Single and Double Room available in a tastefully decorated house.
There is myself living at the house. I am 31, I work from home most of the time. I work in Graphic Design.
I'm very easy going and have a good sense of humour for those grumpy mornings.
I am a clean person around the house, even if it's the least enjoyable part of adult living :-).

DSS Not Accepted, or any other form of Benefit.

Rent is £370 and Bond is £250 to be paid on or before moving in
Minimum term is 3 Months (Shorter term is available for a small increase)

The Train station is a 60 second walk away and the bus stop is even closer. There are 24 hour supermarkets within a a short drive. Caerphilly town center is also a short bus trip away. The neighbours are very friendly and are very welcoming. The house is also within walking distance of Great Pubs, Restaurants, Local Shops, Library, Large Park, Mountain Walks, Post Office etc. This is all within ¼ of a mile at the most.

If you are looking for an extremely friendly house with the kind of housemate who doesn’t mind helping with Grocery shopping trips or getting the washing in when its raining, please get in touch. I also like to keep the house tidy, presentable and homely. The whole house has been tastefully decorated to look like a home and not just a typical Magnolia Rental.
There is an extremely friendly and well mannered dog here. He is 8yrs old and a rescue dog. He is Very nervous of other people at first and tends to hide until he gets to know you.
