Double Room in Centre of Caerphilly

Ideal, affordable room for someone working in the Caerphilly area or commuting into Cardiff. 3 minute walk to Caerphilly station and then only a 14 minute train journey into Cardiff.

Double room comes furnished with a small double bed as well as all in one wardrobe/shelving units. Room measures 2.9m x 2.3m and has large patio doors that open out onto a decked area with a great view of the town (you can just about see the turrets of our famous castle, see pictures).

House has a spacious living room with large corner sofa, a kitchen, a bath/shower room, a garden and on street parking available with permit which you are welcome to have if needed (2 allowed per household, currently only using one).

Currently it is myself (live in landlord) and one female lodger living here (we are just friends not a couple) . We are both easy going and get along well. We keep the house tidy and are keen for a housemate with a similar attitude.

The house is a stones throw away from the train station so you can walk there in 2-3 mins and be in Cardiff within 20 mins if you time it right. This means that if you don't have a car the location is perfect. You have most amenities you would need within a 5 minute walk.

The rent includes all your bills (even wifi, sky tv for the living room tv which you are welcome to make use of.)

The house is fitted with a brand new, high capacity boiler so it's always kept nice and warm and there is always plenty of hot water available for showers or baths.
Room has blackout blinds for those who work shifts to be able to sleep during the day.
