The house is being wasted with 4 bedrooms and myself and 2 dogs here.

Sole use of the newly fitted bathroom with extra large whirlpool bath, shared kitchen. Again all brand new and not used by anyone as of yet.

wifi, sky, electric, gas council tax and all the above included at no added extra cost.

I have 2 dogs so potential applicants need to be dog lovers.

Not fussy as to requirements main thing is to meet up a few times and see if we get along and of course a reference will be required with deposit and 1st months rent upfront.
