I am looking for a housemate to share my 3-bed house in Llangan. The house has a newly refurbished kitchen with a breakfast bar, living room opening onto the conservatory which leads into the garden, the living room has a log burning fire, a large bathroom with bath and shower and lots of storage space, a beautiful large landscaped garden, mature trees and patio area that has a table and chairs for six people, the conservatory has a chair, settee, dining table for up to six people. In the front of the house, there is a driveway for two cars. There is a playing field opposite the house with football facilities and a playground, and just a mile away there are outdoor tennis courts. I would consider letting the large double bedroom for £550 per month or the small double bedroom for £500. this would include bills. The large double bedroom has a double bed, two bedside drawers, fitted wardrobe, and a large wall mounted TV. The small double bedroom has an inbuilt single wardrobe to the left, a double wardrobe to the right, a tall boy and set of drawers, wall mounted show rack and a large wall mounted TV. There is a large newly refurbished bathroom downstairs. There is a small shed to store bike. When I am at the property I have a cat and two small dogs. The house is situated between Cowbridge and Pencoed. It is accessible for the M4 and the train station into Cardiff City Centre is in Pencoed which is 3 miles away, or you can take the X2 from Cowbridge which is 2 miles away. The house is located near lots of amenities and transport links but it is rural and it would be preferable for the new tenant to have a car. Set in a sought after beautiful rural location.
