Room to let in lovely warm house

I am working away for the next year or so, so looking for someone to rent my spare room. I might come home a few days every three months or so depending on my work load.

The house is only a couple of years old and is immaculate. You would have your own bathroom and use of the shower in my ensuite.
Looking for someone who's quiet and considerate and tidy who would look after my home like its their own. I have my own drive way for parking and the house is on the end of a cul de sac so very peaceful. If you don't drive there is a bus stop just opposite the estate, a 2 minute walk.
