I am working away for the next year or so, so looking for someone to rent my spare room. I might come home a few days every couple of months, depending on my work load. I do have an old cat that my friend checks in on.
The house is only a couple of years old and is immaculate. You would have your own bathroom and use of the shower in my ensuite.
