We have available a newly renovated, furnished ensuite double bedroom available with a private shower room (including toilet) and kitchennete area inside the room, and nice view over the hills.

The room has a smartTV and kitchenette area with sink, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Everything is totally self contained and nothing shared. THERE IS NO SHARED KITCHEN AVAILABLE, ONLY THE AMENTITIES IN THE ROOM.

Note please that the house is in Troedyrhiw (Merthyr Tydfil) CF48 4EU, 5 minutes walk from Troed-y-Rhiw train station with regular service to Cardiff, Pontypridd and Treforrest for USW. PLEASE CHECK THAT THE LOCATION IS FINE BEFORE CONTACTING US.

Ideal for professionals such as accountants, engineers, doctors, nurses, etc., as well as contractors and people visiting the area for a short time. No minimum stay – you can stay from one week to several months. Companies welcome to enquire and book. 2-minute drive to General Dynamics and Merthyr Tydfil Industrial Park, 2-minute drive to the A470 main through road, 12-minute drive to Prince Charles hospital. The house is quiet for sleeping during the day if you are on night shifts.

Please note that bookings of less than 4 weeks are subject to last minute availability and with a surcharge of +15% for stays of 14-23 days, and +25% for stays of 7 – 13 days

Strictly no smoking allowed in the house. High-speed WIFI, all bills, initial bed linen if needed are included.

Parking is on-street, current/previous guests have had no problems parking near to the house. No parking permits/charges are required.

Small double ensuite room - £165 per week for single occupancy
Double ensuite room - £175 per week for single occupancy
